Premade food was better adn came in larger quantities. Especially the fruit roll-ups. The fruit roll-ups form that era destroy the modern fruit roll-ups tenfold. The toys in the happy meal wheren't pieces of crap either. Saturday morning was a holy time for children of my age. Then it was, ~15 minutes of cartoon, 4 commercials, the other ~15 minutes of commercials. Unlike today where the ratio is more like, 7/5/6/5/4/6.
